Supporting transformation in service of people and social impact, with digital tools and AI as levers.
A subject-matter expert in training and digital transformation, and a PhD in educational sciences, I put people and social impact at the centre, with digital tools and AI as levers.
My path started in the field: tackling early school leaving, supporting vulnerable populations, work integration in priority neighbourhoods, training teachers and social-sector professionals. It then opened up to educational technology.
By co-founding an EdTech start-up (Qualiopi-certified, training recognised by the French Ministry of Labour) and contributing to digital platforms and virtual-reality tools, I learned to work with developers and IT project managers: translating business needs into functional requirements, steering design, rollout and adoption of tools, analysing usage and impact. Without being a technician myself, but understanding the development cycle and its constraints. I built on this path by working on a major structuring digital transformation project (France 2030), worth €6 million.
Analysing an issue in depth and delivering a solution that holds up in the field, where most people only manage one or the other.
What connects these worlds, grassroots social work, technology, institutions, research, is a single stance: bringing together worlds that rarely speak to each other, with constant rigour, ethics and people first.
In the end, I design solutions until I can turn them into reusable methods and models.
