Our purpose
A tool, a method, a project transforms nothing by itself. It's your teams who make a change succeed, or fail.
What matters isn't the solution chosen, but what your teams do with it. Today it's AI, tomorrow a new technology, a new method or a reorganisation: the stakes stay the same, human before technical. We don't deliver off-the-shelf solutions. We build with you approaches your teams adopt and know how to run on their own, once we're gone. With a constant commitment to ethics, inclusion and responsibility.
Your situation
You're facing…
01
Resistance in the face of change
02
A need for clarity before deciding
03
A programme, an organisation or practices that need to evolve
04
AI or a new technology arriving in your practices
05
Digital tools that are underused or poorly adopted
06
An innovation to try out
Croniz builds the intervention around your situation, not a predefined solution.
Three areas of work
Three ways to move you forward
Three ways of working, one standard: concrete results, and self-sufficient teams by the end.
Institutions, local authorities, associations, foundations and funders wanting to understand the real effects of their projects and improve.
What we build with you
A tailor-made, participative, transparent and action-oriented impact analysis process. A shared diagnosis that helps you move forward, not one that judges; complementary to your regulatory obligations, never a duplicate.
Deliverables
Impact analysis framework, tailored indicators, data collection and analysis, a report with concrete recommendations, findings shared with your teams.

Who it's for
Leadership and teams in educational, social, care-sector and cultural organisations, local authorities, associations and mission-driven companies, engaged in a transformation, whether organisational, pedagogical, social or digital.
Our approach
We start with a shared diagnosis and an analysis of human and organisational impact, then map out stakeholders. From there, we build a roadmap and a change management plan suited to the ambition of the project, combining communication, training and mobilisation across three connected levels: the individual, the team, the organisation. We anticipate buy-in risks, support adoption on the ground, and capture lessons learned so the organisation can keep learning on its own. We work across two kinds of projects, often intertwined.
Organisational and human change
Organisational, pedagogical and social transformation: governance, work organisation, project management, rolling out new procedures and methods, team cooperation and evolving professional practices.
Digital projects
Digitising business processes within a department, rolling out digital tools, blending pedagogical formats (blended learning), digital and pedagogical transformation. When this involves a development project (web, applications, virtual reality, etc.), we oversee it end to end: scoping the need, coordinating and negotiating with vendors, supervision and sign-off, then evaluating the project and gathering usage feedback to improve the user experience or inform decisions. All while keeping your mission at the centre.
Deliverables
Diagnosis and impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, roadmap, change management plan, ongoing support and handover to full autonomy.

The people involved are not just recipients of change: they take part in shaping it. Our work follows five stages.
01
Observe
Understand the real situation, the practices and the context, before any solution.
02
Understand
Analyse the needs, obstacles and perceptions at play.
03
Co-design
Design the response with your teams, never in their place.
04
Experiment
Test in the field, at a small scale, to learn fast.
05
Adjust
Refine based on what's real and hand autonomy over to your teams.
